1 Loaf Round Sourdough Bread
1 Lb. Pepper Jack Cheese, sliced
1/2 C. Butter, melted
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Celery Salt
Fresh or Dried Chives, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut bread into 1” slices, stopping 1/2” from the bottom of loaf. Repeat cuts in opposite direction.
Insert cheese into cuts.
Mix all remaining ingredients except chives; drizzle over bread.
Wrap in foil, place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Unwrap and continue baking until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown, about 10 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with fresh or dried chives and serve warm.
