Homemade Irish Cream
- 12 Oz. Evaporated Milk
- 1 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 C. 2% Milk
- 1/4 C. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Chocolate Syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Instant Coffee Granules
- 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp. Almond Extract
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, cover and process until smooth.
- Store in refrigerator. Enjoy in a cup of coffee or over ice.
For an extra layer of flavor, add some Irish whiskey!
