Strawberry Pina Colada Mocktail
Ingredients
- 10 Large Strawberries (about 1¼ C.)
- 3 C. Pineapple Juice
- 2 C. Coconut Milk
- 1 C. Crushed Ice (optional)
- Strawberries, for garnish
Instructions
- To prepare the strawberries, hull and quarter them. We recommend to chop them up to make blending easier.
- Next, put everything in a blender and blend until a smoothie-like texture is achieved.
- Then, divide the mixture into 4-6 glasses. Feel free to garnish as desired.
