Spicy Almond Dip

Ingredients
Spicy Almond Dip
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup water (or more as needed)
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp chipotle pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Pinch of salt
Wrap
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- Broccoli slaw
- White cheddar, shredded
- Red onion
- • Sweet potato
- • Pazazz apple, thinly sliced
Instructions
- To make almond dip, add all dip ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Set aside.
- To make wrap, lay out tortillas on a flat surface. Spread spicy almond dip down center of each tortilla. Top with broccoli slaw, spinach, apple slices and white cheddar cheese.
