In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, ground ginger and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
In a large bowl, add ground beef, green onions and peanut butter mixture. Combine until all ingredients are mixed well.
Form into eight patties, and grill the burgers for about two to five minutes on each side, until nicely browned and desired doneness is reached.
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
