Bacon Mushroom Burger
Ingredients
- 1 Hamburger Patty
- 1 Oz. Mushrooms,
- 1/2 tsp. Minced Garlic
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 1 Slice Swiss Cheese
- Hamburger Bun
- 2 Slices Cooked Bacon 2 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. French’s Crispy Fried Onions
- Baby Spinach Leaves
Instructions
- Cook or grill hamburger patty to desired doneness.
- While burger cooks, sauté mushrooms, salt, pepper, and minced garlic on medium-high heat.
- Once the onions have sweat, push ingredients into a pile (about the size of a hamburger patty) and top it with a slice of Swiss cheese.
- Allow cheese to melt slightly and scoop the topping mixture onto a spatula (leaving cheese on top of mixture).
- Place Swiss cheese and mushroom topping onto a fully cooked patty while still on the grill. Shut lid and allow cheese to fully melt.
- Remove patty and place on prepared bun. Top with bacon, BBQ sauce, fried onions & spinach leaves.
